We use NZ Post for orders in New Zealand, with overnight delivery on most orders, while deliveries to a rural address may take a day or two longer. All orders are tracked.

International orders are sent using DHL Express. They are often delivered within two to three days, at the most within a week. All orders are tracked. Canadian orders - please see the note below.

Gifting
We can include a hand written gift card with your order. Just let us know the message when you make your order.

Shipping Days
We send orders Monday through Friday. Orders received by 9am on a shipping day will be sent the same day.

Orders are packed to minimise potential heat damage in the post. We instruct couriers to leave parcels in a cool and shaded spot if nobody is home - please make sure you have a suitable spot for orders to be left.

International Delivery - DHL Express
We use DHL Express for international orders. Orders to the USA and Australia are regularly delivered within two to three days, at the most within a week.

We ship orders of up to 30 bars to the following countries: Australia, Canada, USA, China, Cook Islands, Fiji, Hong Kong, India, Indonesia, Japan, Laos, Macau, Malaysia, Mexico, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, The Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, Sri Lanka, South Korea, Taiwan, Tonga, Vietnam.

Canadian orders: we send using NZ Post International Courier.
Orders sent via NZ Post International Courier take around two weeks to arrive. If we send using DHL you may have to pay GST and import charges on orders over $20CAD.

EU countries and UK: with the EU VAT collection beginning 1 July 2021, we are not shipping to EU countries or the UK due to the requirement to collect VAT on orders. If you are based in the EU or UK and would like to order from us, please send us a message and we'll see what we can work out.

If the country you're ordering from is particularly hot, please note we cannot take responsibility for any melting that occurs in transit for international orders.
